    When customers want to return the products they are responsible for the shipping charges. Apparei will not be liable to provide credit if the product is lost during the shipping process. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address to avoid such situation. 

    Apparei does not provide any guarantee that customers will find the exact product for exchange upon returning the original product. Therefore, the way is to return the product and then log on to our website and purchase any available product of your choice with the store credit. Please allow 2-7 business days for the return process to take place and to receive you store credit.

    To be eligible for a store credit, all returned products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it.
