RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESS
  • An order, once placed, can be canceled until the seller processes it.

    Customer Satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your products you may exchange them for online store credit within the first 7 days of your purchase. Though Apparei  covers the cost of shipping upon purchase in India, shipping outside India Varies

    When customers want to return the products they are responsible for the shipping charges. Apparei will not be liable to provide credit if the product is lost during the shipping process. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address to avoid such a situation. 

    Apparei does not provide any guarantee that customers will find the exact product for exchange upon returning the original product. Therefore, the way is to return the product and then log on to our website and purchase any available product of your choice with the store credit. Please allow 2-7 business days for the return process to take place and to receive you store credit.

    To be eligible for store credit, all returned products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the same condition that you received them. 

     

    Sale Items  

    All SALE items are FINAL sale. No refunds or store credit will be issued.

    All jewelry and Hijabs are also FINAL SALE No returns will be accepted.

    Missing Items
    While we try to be as accurate as possible, we will occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders. If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of the package to be issued a credit or to be shipped the correct item(s).

    Customs and Duties

    Please note Apparei will not be responsible for any customs, duties, fees that may occur at the time of delivery to your country.  It is the buyers' responsibility to pay for any occurring changes.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, we do provide international deliveries. The delivery charges are applicable as per the country. The delivery is via the third party and hence the delay is conditioned

 

How do I return an item?

 

You can email on support@apparei.com or can WhatsApp on the provided number along with a photo of the product. Once the team verifies the same, the pick up would be initiated from our end
